Das Seminar beleuchtet die Vorbereitung, den Ablauf und die Nachbereitung von Wettbewerben mit allen Vor- und Nachteilen.

Gestützt auf meine Erfahrungen als Juror bei mehr als 150 nationalen und internationalen Wettbewerben, vom Kinderbereich bis zu professionellen Wettbewerben, möchte das Seminar alle Bereiche beleuchten, die für PädagogInnen von Interesse sind. Das betrifft nicht nur die Auswahl eines passenden Wettbewerbs, des Programms und der Nominierung der Teilnehmer aus der eigenen Klasse, sondern auch die Zusammensetzung und Arbeit einer Jury und deren Bedeutung für ein eventuell unterschiedliches Wettbewerbsergebnis.

Als Ziel können Wettbewerbsteilnahmen eine Steigerung der Motivation und Intensivierung der Arbeit während der Vorbereitungszeit bewirken.

Das Seminar möchte Hilfe geben in Bezug auf die Vorbereitung eines Wettbewerbs in konzertanter wie psychologischer Hinsicht, wie auch für eine einfühlsame Nachbereitung, insbesondere bei weniger gutem Erfolg.

The seminar describes the preparation, the process and the review of competitions with all the advantages and disadvantages.

Based on my experience as a juror in more than 150 national and international competitions, from children’s to professional competitions, the seminar aims to discuss all areas of interest.

This not only affects the selection of a suitable competition, the program and the nomination of participants from one’s class, but also the composition and work of a jury and the significance for a possibly different competition result.

As a goal, participation in competitions can increase motivation and intensify the work during the preparation period.

The seminar attempts to provide assistance in preparing for a competition in terms of performance and psychological assistance, as well as a sensitive review by the teacher, especially if the participant was less successful.
